We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders will be shipped within one day of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
Returns
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us by phone or email (webmaster@thetrollsden.com) for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs. Please call or email us to arrange for your return.
